We understand that it can be complicated or exhaustive buying goods online when it comes to shipping. You never know when there are fine print that sneak additional cost to the item. Which is why we made sure that our rates are listed clearly here. But there is more. We know we all love to save sometimes at shipping. That is why if you spend more than MYR 200 per order, we will ship to you FREE if you are shipping to MALAYSIA. I know. we love to extend this offer to everyone. And we hope we can soon.

Please note the following terms & conditions. This terms and conditions apply to order intended for Singapore customer only.

1. Customers are required to deal with their respective country's custom policies and postal services. We are not responsible for any delay, issue or cost that occured by different countries custom clearance procedure or the respective postal services in handling of the mail parcel.
2. Eyetina.com is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, VAT, GST, duties or any other fees applied by the customs service in your country.
3. We advice you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
4. Eyetina.com may process and sent your order in 2 or more packages at the discretion of Eyetina. Shipping fees will be apply to each shipment.
5. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect your goods.
6. It typically takes 2-5 business days for an order reach you from the time of delivery. In the event that it does not arrive after 5 business days, customers are required to inform Eyetina of the missing order immediately. This MUST be done within 14 days from the date of delivery to enable us to start an investigation in a timely manner. The failure to inform Eyetina of your missing order within 14 days from the date of delivery will forfeit the customer of any refunds. The definition of date of delivery is the actual date posted in the tracking information where it is mentioned as "picked up" or "sent' from our centre.
