- It typically takes 2-5 business days for an order reach you from the time of delivery. In the event that it does not arrive after 5 business days, customers are required to inform Eyetina of the missing order immediately. This MUST be done within 14 days from the date of delivery to enable us to start an investigation in a timely manner. The failure to inform Eyetina of your missing order within 14 days from the date of delivery will forfeit the customer of any refunds. The definition of date of delivery is the actual date posted in the tracking information where it is mentioned as "picked up" or "sent' from our centre.
